By creating an account or using linQar services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

linQar provides a smart QR tag system that allows vehicle owners to be contacted without revealing their personal phone number. The service includes QR tag activation, masked call routing, WhatsApp notifications, and location sharing.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during registration and tag activation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use linQar services for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• You must not share your account with others or attempt to misuse the system.

4. Privacy & Data

We collect only the minimum data required to provide our services. Your phone number is never directly shared with visitors who scan your QR code. All calls are routed through our masked call system. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Payment & Refunds

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Orders once placed are subject to our return policy. Physical products (QR tags) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused. Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.

6. Limitation of Liability

linQar is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
